Each personalized charm/birthstone set is $30. Maximum 4 charms. To include birthdates on back, please put the dates in the comments section of the shopping cart.

Given that these products are made-to-order and personalized, shipping may take up to four-six weeks (see timeline above). Please be sure to double check personalization for accuracy. Corrections required will incur an additional fee.
